OUR SERVICES
A boundary survey is a way to formally define the boundaries of a property. It focuses largely on defining the corners of a parcel of land. People generally commission boundary surveys before buying, dividing, improving, or building on land.
A Topographic Survey is a survey that gathers data about the elevation of points on a piece of land and presents them as contour lines on a plot. The purpose of a topographic survey is to collect survey data about the natural and man-made features of the land, as well as its elevations.
An ALTA Land Survey is generally similar to a boundary or lot survey on a piece of property. But, the ALTA survey goes a little farther in the requirements of the land surveyor as he/she carries out the survey, both in the field and in the office. ALTA Title Surveys are generally used on commercial or multi-family residential sites.
A Distance Separation Survey is used to show distances between particular locations and locales.
The F.E.M.A. Elevation Certificate is used to provide elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances; to determine the proper insurance premium rate.
Construction staking is the process of taking planned improvements and buildings, and then actually mapping them out on the site where the building will take place.
